1.1 All parcels will be shipped as soon as possible and should be received no later then 7 days. 

1.2 The buyer has the right to terminate an order in case of the ordered was not delivered in 14 days. 

1.3 The Purer Planet will inform the customer if a delivery is supposed to take longer then 7 days. 

2.1 Any order can be cancelled in 4h time-frame. 

3.1 Delivery only in the Netherlands.

3.2 Only the payment method provided by Purer Planet are accepted. 

3.3 Shipping is free after 50 euros 

4.1 The returning of the product should be completed in 14 days after the customer has received the product. 

4.2 The product should be returned at address below: cost of the sender. 

4.3 Exchange of product is also possible for the cost of the sender. 

4.4 Refunds will be completed in 7 working days after the return was received.
